Refund policy

Ocampo jewelry accepts exchanges within 7 days after purchase. No refunds will be given.

2.1 Once the contact has been made and as agreed in such communication with us, the buyer must return the items within 7 days after the delivery of the order.

2.2 Items that are considered eligible for return must be returned in good condition, unused and in the original condition in which they were received by the buyer.

2.3 If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss of value.

2.4 The payment and scheduling of the shipping service for any item to be returned to our offices is the responsibility of the buyer.


2.5 We only have warranty on cz stone and 01Cct diamonds.
